STEPHANIE PETTY, managing attorney of the Law Offices of Stephanie A. Petty, LLC, oversees the general practice firm focusing on real estate transactions and closings, condominium conversions, divorce law, estate planning, divorce mediation, and estate and probate administration. Ms. Petty volunteers in Norfolk County's Lawyer of the Day Program and also conducts evening clinics at the Quincy District Court offering pro bono advice to clients in need of assistance. The issues are diverse and range from divorce, personal injury, wills and trusts, workman's compensation, job discrimination and other employment issues. Aside from her career as an attorney, she is also a divorce mediator, principal of South Shore Divorce Mediation Services, LLC, an experienced title examiner and a licensed real estate broker.

Ms. Petty was born on Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts. She attended Northeastern University, in Boston, MA where she graduated first in her class in the field of Economics and was awarded the Academic Excellence Award for Economics. She then attended Suffolk University School of Law, in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Petty is admitted to the Massachusetts bar and to the United States District Court of Massachusetts.

Ms. Petty lives on the South Shore with her husband, Chris Ventolieri, their son Oliver and their pug Louie. Boston natives may recognize her husband Chris as the original drummer for Gone Baby Gone, a popular band often found playing throughout New England.

Stephanie is a member of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, Inc, South Shore Chamber of Commerce, Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts, American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association.
